The steering on the vehicle was a little hard to control. Maybe an alignment is needed.

Katie RTerrible experience! I was at the pick up location for more than an hour trying to get the truck, I submitted the driver license more than 6 times, I called 3 times customer service and I was talking to at least 3 representatives over the phone to be able to get the truck!
Valeria DCalled and emailed to resolve issue of 39 additional miles tacked on to my rental agreement...not a word and not a response back, must be a common practice for these thieves....I'll carry furniture on my back next time rather than to be screwed over! I'll make sure everyone knows about this!!
Anthony RYour mobile check out DOES NOT work. My reservation was at 8. The app did not allow me to check out my van. Me and another customer had to wait until 10 for the location to open and to get a person there to check us out. This was frustrating and disappointing. The technology failed.
Thang NIt will help to have a key alarm on the units to lock and unlock easier.
Fernando OPlease make sure the webpage for check in and check out can run smoothly without buffering so much in every step that they looked like they froze. I have 5G internet at the time and could access google pages but uhaul was lagging bad
