The woman that works there is very unprofessional store hours from 10 to 6 weekley and never opened the door until 10:30 on the day of pickup and never opened the door the day i returned it at 10:30am.

Katie R.Terrible experience! I was at the pick up location for more than an hour trying to get the truck, I submitted the driver license more than 6 times, I called 3 times customer service and I was talking to at least 3 representatives over the phone to be able to get the truck!
