Nobody there. Dropped it off 3 days early and was told no credit back. This was a sales lie.

The truck had a check engine light on and the service wrench light came on 20 minutes into the 2hr drive. I purchased two bundles of blankets to rent and those were not provided either.

I want to comment on the EXCELLENT service Terri provided when calling me to confirm the rental. She was extremely patient, professional, friendly and helpful. On the initial call, I was unpleasant with her. When I apologized at the second call, she indicated everything was fine and she was happy to help. On the third call that I initiated, she gave very good suggestions which made our experience so much better! The customer service Terri provided is rare today and she should be recognized for outstanding, exemplary customer service! Also, the truck pick ip was very easy in Washington, IN and exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

This comment has nothing to do with this location. It has to do with how poorly your app works. If I reserve a piece of equipment. I assume it will be there. Not find out rhe evening prior to pick up the equipment I reserved is not available. Why make a reservation? If not for Scott at U Store. I would have had 3 angry people waiting on a truck rhat was not arriving.

The location was closed, so really no personnel involvement. I answered "no" on the helpful question, but it is only because I saw no one since they were closed. Really--that question should have an "N/A" option.
