U-Haul smoked while going down the road. Customer service was horrendous! Tried to call to get help. The lady that was suppose to be helping us hung up on us. No clear directions on where to receive the keys since they were closed. Over all horrible experience.

Stacey GThe back door didn’t have the tensioner attached making the door extremely heavy to open and when loading stuff in the back the door shut on its own and I got locked in for over 30+ minutes. Very unhappy with the truck but it did its job..
