Trailer was improperly connected by employee. It separated from our truck, leading to an accident. Worst Uhaul experience I've had in 20 years.

We never used the drop off location before, so we were a little confuse when it was in front of a welding company. However, we called uhaul and ensured with the company that we dropped off in the correct location which was helpful.
WALLACE NOperator was not on site , left veh parked outside infront during normal business hours. Was told no one working and to place keys in drop box. Then the veh was not checked in, prompting a call from uhaul customer service asking me where is the uhaul truck.
