They charged me for 20 miles and said we'll refund you if you go less, but they didn't.
masih aI filled up the van 4 miles from the store. It was full when I dropped it off. The man at the desk said the “other guy” will check it in later and send the receipt. Well, my receipt says the van was only 5/8 full and charged me for 10 gallons of gas at $56. That is straight up fraud. I will be reporting the fraud to the state and BBB. Next stop Google and Yelp reviews. I may even plan to picket the store with a poster showing my cc receipt. You’re messing with the wrong guy.

Benjamin SThis is the 3rd time I’ve gotten a truck from this location and been overcharged for mileage- make sure you take pictures as soon as you get the truck and upon returning it. Without proof the assume your the problem.
