Kyle HThe truck was in need of serious maintenance- the shocks were shot - no shock absorbers and driving was difficult . I had to grip the steering wheel the entire way and when I arrived to my destination the furnishings that were wrapped and well protected - arrived damaged and some broken from the vibration especially at the rear axel
RAY RRemind customers who are clearly in a hurry and frazzled to CLEAN trailers. Customers get pissed when they are charged a $15 cleaning fee to clean out mud from a trailer when it was raining and the mud would have or did wash away. Such BS. I'll never rent a U-haul again.
