The manager would not talk to us. He wanted us to use the lock box. He did not want to been of any help. I do not like just throwing the uhaul keys in a box when the employee is literally behind the building dealing with his plant nursery. What a joke of a man. I am guessing U haul does not compensate him very well. He was a very bad representative of Uhaul!
