Very friendly, super efficient. Was in and out quickly.
Peter GI rented a trailer through the app. When I tried to return it there was t an order. My email said someone cancelled my reservation. I told the manager about it to try to pay. It was late so I said I’ll pay now or come back tomorrow if you’d like. She called me a thief and said she would put me in jail. Then she charged me for insurance I didn’t want and locked me out of the building not responding to anything I said. She cussed at me. Her boyfriend screamed at me and they kept threatening to call the cops to which I said why I just want to pay. Now I need to speak with uhaul because I was overcharged and she billed me where I have to return it tomorrow. But I don’t have it. Uhaul does.
