I paid for a half dozen blankets and when I went to pick up the trailer, they did not have blankets and gave me $5 in cash. When I returned the U-Haul, Streets charged me $50 for missing blankets. I explained to them that I never picked up the blankets. Even though I have called both locations numerous times, they will not resolve the issue. Very frurstrating.

DAVID CMoving is not easy, but renting from Streets is! You ask what can you do to improve for the next customer? Try this go the extra mile and keep every gas tank full for the next customer stop playing this game of a quarter tank , below a quarter tank 5/16 semi full 1/16 of 3/8 ? come on U-Haul fill the tank keep it full. That’s how you can improve it for the next customer.
