Just lovely friendly staff and extremely helpful and kind. I was dreading having to lift that trailer off my truck. In fact I had thought of pulling the pin out of my hitch and unhooking the wire and all the chains and just letting the weight of the trailer pull the hitch out of the receiver into the ground and let gravity do the job. I wasn’t concerned about the damage to the tongue because I paid for insurance. Luckily I didn’t have to do that because she kindly used a jack.

Richard MThe attendant was great. The air conditioner may have been better - close call.
John PDid not appreciate the $15 Safe Move insurance charge being added to bill after the rental. I declined all insurance coverage but was still charged this fee, which doesn’t seem right. I called and spoke with the manager who said it was a mandatory charge based on new corporate rules. If that’s true, it should not be described as optional at the time of booking!
William RThe two ladies working the day I picked up equipment were AWESOME! So friendly and helpful. I had trouble with taillights and they fixed me right up !
