No improvement needed for this location. Everything and everyone’s service was excellent. I would most definitely recommend using this location.

One of my favorite locations to use

Willie JThe passenger side window handle was missing, the spot mirror was shattered and the gate to door was hard to pull up and down. I had reserved the truck a day before and was given this piece of crap. On top of it all that the manager said she rent trucks in this condition all the time and instead addressing the above concerns she took offense of me bringing this to her attention. Some one from cooperate need to investigate this location. I will be contacting corporate and filling a formal complaint. I also damaged my personal vehicle because of not being able to roll the window down to see and adjust the mirror on the passenger side. No handle.
Eddie HIn the general area of the drop off location, individuals were smoking Marijuana. This made me uncomfortable. While I disconnected the trailer no one came out to inspect the equipment or to assist.
