How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe fuel gauge had about 7/8 of a tank when we picked it up. When we refueled before returning it, it had about 5/8 after driving 21 miles. We turned the truck on without turning the engine over to see how much gas was going in, but there was no change. We also tried stopping pumping and then turning it on to see the amount, but it was inaccurate. We had no way of knowing how close we were compared to when we picked it up, and before we could figure it out, we had spent $50 on gas and filled up the tank, so we estimated that we paid at least $20 extra dollars in fuel.
Sarah DI was told conflicting information by reps which resulted in me being overcharged
BREYONNA PI was over charged.. I returned it before 24 hours. and was still charged an extra day. I was also charged for gas when the truck I got was empty. I was supposed to get a refund for the differences, but I haven’t received it yet. nor have I received an updated receipt.
aria rEquipment was disgusting. The owner knew it and try to use reverse psychology. J
