When I ordered the truck at the North Versailles location, I was NOT told that I may have to pick up at a different location. When I got to Braddock, the link from the QR code didn’t work because I did not have the same phone with that with the number on my account. They should make you get the app at the time of ordering so that everything matches up. I spent 2 hours(!) on the phone with customer service before a supervisor finally got on and was able to help me. 2 hours at a lockbox U-Haul location in a bad area of town standing in the cold and rain. Will NEVER use a U-Haul lockbox location again. This may not be the location as much as the app and staff’s lack of communication up front.
