The customer service was terrible; they were disrespectful, foul-mouthed, inconsiderate toward the customer, and even confrontational. They treated my husband and me very poorly. I am never going back to that place. I usually rent from the Atlantic location, but this time they didn't have what I needed, so I went to the 1143 Clarkson Ave. however, Atlantic is my favorite spot.

MOHAMMED AI reserved a van. There was no van available so I had to take a truck. The back door of the truck would not remain latched. Twice it popped open while I was driving, and I had to pull over to close it. The truck did not have hazard lights.
