The guy in Cahokia heights was very rude and not inviting at all. He told my mom she had to stand up to look him in the face to sign papers after visibly seeing she was disabled and could barely walk in alone. She could clearly see him and hear him without standing up.

William SHaving to download and attach photos in the bright sun was difficult. Not everyone has technology using phones, photos, attachments, etc. The local staff did help us with this and that helped.
STEPHEN CDo not rent from this specific facility, workers lie about mileage and steal your money. Charged extra for miles that weren't even driven. Do not trust these petty thieves!
