The location itself was fine . However this was not the location I reserved and was 45 min out in the opposite direction from where I needed to be.

RAM AThis location is a joke. The representative couldn't speak any English. He hooked up the trailer to my truck and gave me a thumbs up. Good thing I double checked the connection because he never tightened the trailer hitch and know the trailer would have certainly come off. The routing of the trailer chains was completely wrong and would not have stayed connected. I have photos, if you want them ask.
