Originally reserved a 20ft truck at the BROOKDALE location. They called the next day to say there was none available but that there was a 26ft truck which would cost more. I agreed. The day of the reservation there was no truck available, they said there was a 15ft truck available an hour later at the Fairview inn location. I accepted as I had already acquired movers to assist. When we arrived to pick up the truck they had us move it so they could remove a sheet of plywood and a package of trim they were storing in there. We removed it ourselves as the lady did not seem capable otherwise I’m sure it would have been emptied prior to our arrival which they were aware of an hour in advance.

RAECHELLE DFront door was locked. No answer to either phone numbers available for the location. Order took long to process.
Nicholas MThe lady at pick up time was still in bed. We waited 10 minutes past pick up time for the lady to wander out while my 2 year-old screamed in boredom and finally woke her. She had zero clue we even had a 930 pick up. The truck had no ramp.
Dulcie MIt’s an unusual drop off ( a motel parking lot) but very easy access to drop off the trailer and friendly, accommodating staff.
