My only glitch in this whole experience was the app not working to verify my phone number when I went to drop the vehicle off and the convenience store was closed on a Saturday. The Garden Center folks went out of their way to help me out to process the return and were super kind.

Kelly LThis location was great, but my reservation was changed to a different city just a few days before my scheduled pickup. Then when I arrived to pickup, my reserved one-way truck had been issued to someone else, and I had to get a ride to a third location in yet another town. I was promised a free extra day and a $50 credit, but don't see that reflected on my invoice.
