The Woods employee was snarky and very short with us . He made it very clear he does not want anything to do with U-haul rentals.

Tricia TThe particular associate that helped me check the truck in, seemed to not be well trained in the procedures. I believe we were able to work through the process, but it could have been more efficient if the staff were more confident on their side.
Tim PCustomer Service here was excellent. The UHaul app was slow, at times, processing parts of the order. Plus, I do not use an iPhone or a standard Android phone, and the UHaul app does not work with my phone, so I could not use the spp for self check in. That said, all in all, though, there's nothing to change.
