Customer Service here was excellent. The UHaul app was slow, at times, processing parts of the order. Plus, I do not use an iPhone or a standard Android phone, and the UHaul app does not work with my phone, so I could not use the spp for self check in. That said, all in all, though, there's nothing to change.

Excellent service!
Blake TStore did not update status of trailer so showed “late pickup” for over 2 hours before I called U-Haul to change status. App was not friendly in the fact that there is no where to change status or state that I have picked up the trailer. Only way to change anything is to call help desk.
Amy STrailor had straw over the floor. Also the return locations were all closed on our return day, so we chose to return to the location closest to us. Will rent UHaul again!
