Have a truck available when you're an outlet that rents them. I had to go 45k further away resulting in an additional 90k that I still had to pay for. I rented 7 weeks ahead and called to confirm my reservation 2 days prior. I was told my truck was in for maintenance and they weren't sure if it would be back for my date. I can't begin to describe how stressful that was with no plan B and workers already hired to help with the move. 9 p.m the evening before I got the confirmation. Upon pickup, there was about a quarter of a tank of gas. I won't use or recommend your business again.
