This took to long to pick up 30 minutes then to return was another 45 minutes it the truck ticked when driving it

The vehicle smelled of smoke and the back was dirty with stones. I over filled the tank by a qtr., and they wouldn't extend a discount of any sort - even for future rentals.

Richard PWay too far off pickup location. U haul changed my pickup location without asking or informing which caused me almost extra 100 km. Caused me more time and I faced inconvenience because my original booking was just 2 min walk from my london address from my original destination from where I had to move . The customer support and scheduling department needs to work things properly and at-least let the customers know or at-least help them . U haul should compensate for the inconvenience faced.
