How U-Haul Reviews WorkI arrived on time and weas informed that he had important personal business to take care of on his computer and to return in approximately 45 minutes to pick up the truck. A bit disappointing since I was on a schedule.
Mckenneth SFrustrated. There was no dolly in U-Haul. Still got charged for it despite calling and telling that it wasn’t there.

Michael WThey were late to opening the store so I was late in picking up my trailer. Thankfully that wasn't a major issue for me, and UHaul helped and accommodated me when I called, but overall I wouldn't recommend.
