UHaul doesn't supply this location with accessories but they allow customers to order them and then the location has to explain this to the customer and take accessories off the bill

Pauline TI arrived on time and weas informed that he had important personal business to take care of on his computer and to return in approximately 45 minutes to pick up the truck. A bit disappointing since I was on a schedule.
Mckenneth SFrustrated. There was no dolly in U-Haul. Still got charged for it despite calling and telling that it wasn’t there.
