U haul needs to get their act together! I was instructed to go to a location for drop off, when I arrived I was informed they do not accept trailers, I was sent to another location, same thing happened. I called customer service, they gave me another address to take it to, now mind you at this point I have been driving around for 1 hr 30 mins to different addresses. I told them if this place does not accept trailers I was going to drop it in the middle of the road and let the police contact them. This location did accept the trailer. U Haul, get YOUR act together!!!!!
