How U-Haul Reviews WorkI picked up the TW gas level on Empty. The cab space had melted contents of an icey and blood stains in the seats. Very unprofessional and nasty truck.
Mari JU-Haul website for reserving trailer did not help since I needed to use it one way.
David OU haul needs to get their act together! I was instructed to go to a location for drop off, when I arrived I was informed they do not accept trailers, I was sent to another location, same thing happened. I called customer service, they gave me another address to take it to, now mind you at this point I have been driving around for 1 hr 30 mins to different addresses. I told them if this place does not accept trailers I was going to drop it in the middle of the road and let the police contact them. This location did accept the trailer. U Haul, get YOUR act together!!!!!
