There was a kiosk to return the vehicle to. No one was at the U Stuff It location to help me when I couldn't download the Uhaul app on my phone to return the vehicle. I will always make sure a return location has personnel to handle issues like this.

Anthony was Kind Considerate and very helpful and allowed us to stay at his location even though U Haul wanted us to switch locations which we never received the text asking us to do so. He even helped us with the app and the checkout process. Great nice guy.
Thomas GOrdered a dolly with an after hours pick up when I arrived there wasn't a dolly .
Brandi CI was having problems checking in and was on the phone with one guy when from out of nowhere a dude shows up to help me check in. He was legit, driving the U-Haul company truck and in uniform. I was very thankful for his help as well as the guy on the phone. It was a good experience all around. Thanks U-Haul!
