I was having problems checking in and was on the phone with one guy when from out of nowhere a dude shows up to help me check in. He was legit, driving the U-Haul company truck and in uniform. I was very thankful for his help as well as the guy on the phone. It was a good experience all around. Thanks U-Haul!

The location office was in the middle of renovations; once complete I'd score it higher.
Curtis SThe location does not have any personnel. It was a 24/7 drop off with a key drop. Truck was parked along the side of the road which had a lot of trash and weeds. It was an average experience.
