The website and app were both down and unaccessable. Calling put me on a 1hr wait time. I was unable to provide the pictures I took. But my return shows as completed so I won't complain any further.

Edward CDropped rental off with person at the office and she said they will know what time you dropped it off because of the cameras. I parked the vehicle in the location requested and the site charged me for two extra days. I called UHaul and they reversed the charges after I proved proof of the drop off time and date.
Jeffrey BThe place where I picked up was filthy! The toilet seat was broken. The lady there asked me to hook up the trailer myself. It had no jack so it was very heavy to lift up onto the hitch. Half way into my journey the tie down inside gave out and my motorcycle fell over causing damage. What a nightmare!! First bad experience with U-Haul ever. The return location everyone was nice.
