While there is adequate signage and the equipment was serviceable, the experience was exceptionally frustrating. I showed up to the address, it is a vacant storefront. I drove around back to the equipment, but not a soul in sight. I called the number on the sign, no answer. Sat for 20 minutes wondering what to do before I finally got a call back. Was then told my reservation was cancelled because I was not there within 30 minutes of pick-up time. I did not know that I only had a tiny window of time to pick up my reserved trailer. Navigating the pickup was exceptionally annoying.

The trailer the worst I have ever rented. The tires were so unbalanced, it made for an awful 1000 mile ride.

Michael SThe owner/operator was very friendly and communicated well; however, there is no support at the location. I was lucky enough to have someone drive by and offer to help me lift the trailer onto my hitch and then lucky enough to have another person drive by and help me lift the trailer off my hitch. If I had not had that help, I would not have been able to use the trailer.
