There was no office, the trailer was in the back of a shopping center. I had to hook the trailer up myself, I was hoping to be able to purchase ratchet straps but had to go elsewhere for those, then when I returned the trailer I was told over the phone to back it into a spot and leave it. It seems a strange way of doing business.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was supposed to receive an appliance dolly when I picked up the truck. It said the dolly was going to be inside the 10' box truck. The dolly was no where to be found, and I was still charged $10 for it. It was 7am, so I was not able to go into the store or contact anyone for help. I'd like for the $10 to be refunded. My Reservation # was: 86477376.

James DWeird way of renting trailers by phone. No attendant on premises, but it seems to work as I have rented multiple trailers from this location and will go back!
