Terrible customer service. They tried to charge me twice, because they are unfamiliar with the u-haul system. When I returned the truck clean, there was a few tiny pebbles on the floor mat of the driver side and said they were going to charge me $25 to have it cleaned. So I used my hand to wipe out the pebbles, and he said it was good. I had previously vacuumed and swept out the vehicle before I returned it. We ordered the truck online and had PAID for a dolly and furniture pads, but they said I had to go to another location to pick these things up. I didn’t bother, because I had to move my house that day… I would not recommend using Aaras Auto Repairs to rent a U-Haul.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkBooked my uhaul months before first one was cancelled next day. Had to re book one week before they tried to cancel again. And changed my reservation to a one day. Had to spend time calling back in to have to changed back to my original reservation. Nothing worse then booking a truck and then an agent multiple times try to cancel or change to a one day and not tell you until you see they have done on the app. Very frustrating.
