Booked my uhaul months before first one was cancelled next day. Had to re book one week before they tried to cancel again. And changed my reservation to a one day. Had to spend time calling back in to have to changed back to my original reservation. Nothing worse then booking a truck and then an agent multiple times try to cancel or change to a one day and not tell you until you see they have done on the app. Very frustrating.

Nice to have a location in town.
Tim CIt was fine. Just an automotive garage with little designated parking. Parked after hours so didn’t meet any staff.

David KThe company renting out the van did not seem to know what they were doing. It was disorganized and confusing when it did not seem to neede to be. They need more education on how to rent moving trucks.
