It was fine. Just an automotive garage with little designated parking. Parked after hours so didn’t meet any staff.

Dealer did not have moving blankets
David KThe company renting out the van did not seem to know what they were doing. It was disorganized and confusing when it did not seem to neede to be. They need more education on how to rent moving trucks.
Branin MThe Truck was very dirty. When I returned the truck they added 12.00 to my credit card for fuel so I sent a picture of the fuel level when I picked it up and a picture of the fuel level when I dropped it off. I have received no response.
ROB ATruck was returned on a holiday. I was able to choose this location to drop the truck, however, once I arrived and completed the drop process on the app, there was nowhere to drop the key. NO KEY DROP BOX. This resulted in many phone calls to Uhaul where I was transferred from one person to the next - NONE OF WHICH KNEW WHAT TO DO. I finally gave up and returned the key the next day when the location opened. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
