Make sure the brakes are good before sending it on the highway! Making sure there is more than 3/8 of gas in there too because I had to drive 4 hours there and back when I was suppose to have one in Weyburn SK and had to spend $216 on fuel to drive back to Weyburn before I could even leave Lafleche with the U-Haul! Told by 3 different u-haul employees I would be compensated for have to drive 4 hours and fuel to drive there to pick it up and still waiting for a phone call from a supervisor..:: what a joke u-haul is!!🤬

The app experience didn’t work great. At drop off it asked us to take photos of the unit but the screen locked and it was impossible to navigate back to find that again. It made us waste a lot of time trying to drop it off.

Denise CWe are not happy that we ended up paying an extra day when we dropped the uhaul off on the scheduled day when we said we would. Now, I need to take time to call and follow up to see why we were charged? We’re not impressed. I hope to receive a phone call to rectify this issue.
