Don't make me drive 90 minutes to pick it up and then have your app malfunction and make me wait on hold for an hour.
Samuel SI had reserved a furniture dolly and once I went to hook up, I was informed that they didn’t have a furniture dolly. I had to go hook up the trailer right away because they had asked the mechanic to come assist me. The lady told me that she would just refund me. It was not refunded. I imagine that it was because I had paid debit. I just wish that once we confirm, they would have let me know that they didn’t have all of the equipment. I realize that it’s only $12 but for those that are moving, there’s already lots of expenses.
CHANTAL MTrailers stuck in mud. Left side lights not working. No mechanic to fix. Tried to charge mileage and backed off when I said I had talked to head office. Trailer not washed and front covered with mud.
