We are not happy that we ended up paying an extra day when we dropped the uhaul off on the scheduled day when we said we would. Now, I need to take time to call and follow up to see why we were charged? We’re not impressed. I hope to receive a phone call to rectify this issue.

Absolutely the most helpful person I’ve dealt with in the entire process helped us drop it off there after uhall messed up , was very nice to myself my husband and our kids . The shop cat is absolutely adorable aswell . Very helpful person !

DARRELL BAttended in person to arrange rental a couple of weeks in advance. Called twice after the initial in person meeting to ask questions and to confirm rental date. Upon arrival to pick up I was advised I needed to go online to reserve the trailer (1st time I was told to go online). The 6x12 trailer is significantly heavy to lift to a trailer hitch. The unit needs a jack to make it easier to pick up and return.
