Staff at both locations were good. Especailly Sha’vonne at the drop off location. However, the truck was extremely unsafe to drive. The steering wheel was crooked while driving striaght, over the smallest bumps the truck shook and wheel violently loaded n worse unloaded. When staff at first/pick up location stated tell drop off location and nothing could be done. Unacceptable! Im a branch mgr for the 6th largest bank in the US, ill be sure to share this experience with all my clients and staff unless this is addressed and some kind of compensation is had.

ADAM SI returned my vehicle before time bye when I got to the location because the way the building is structured on the street. I could not safely pull the truck into the lot. There was a car also blocking the entrance because it’s a storage facility as well. When I called I was told another location to drop the truck which was 2 streets away and they STILL tried to charge me for that. Even making sure with the agent I spoke with that it was ok.
