When I dropped off the guy just said OkAy go park, pointed. I came back and handed him the key. He said okay, you done. He couldn't give me anything to show I dropped off. He said we closed for that. I went back to the store the Monday... they told me " dont worry we take care it. I just seen where is shows turned in today. Can't they make that show the actual day I turned it in? It caused alot of stress to me. I called the UHaul number to, they said they couldn't do anything. As well you all need to fix the app. What a headache!!

The vehicle had a shake between 30-40 mph and 50-60 like a tire had a flat spot. Other than that, it ran like a top. The drop-off location wanted me to take it somewhere else because the gas company was going to be doing some work in the back side of the building, even though I didn’t park in that area.
Jack BVehicle was very dirty and near empty. Also, there was noone at the location to assist with the rental at all. The lady working there had to call someone else on the phone and we had to talk to him on their phone to complete the rental. When we got it, they sent us a receipt with the incorrect mileage and fuel showing 5/8 of a tank and I had to actually call Budget directly to get this corrected so I wouldn't be overcharged. Horrible service and rental experience, I will never use this location again.
Samuel KFolks had no clue how to rent the trailer. Took an hour to find someone to do the paperwork. Had to call uhaul 3 times while there. On return, no one there knew how to turn it it. Called uhaul and was told to leave the trailer and take pictures. Was called 2 weeks later and accused of not turning it in. Was finally resolved yesterday with my turn in email. Terrible experience overall.
William sI had a confirmation number and a pick up address, went to the address and UHAUL changed the pick up address without notifying me. went to the new location, only a short distance away, went inside and told the staff member I was picking up a trailer, I was directed outside to pick it up-later that day recieved an email from UHAUL asking when I was picking up the trailer. Returned the trailer at the designated time and day and several days later received a call asking when I was returning the trailer. pick up and drop off process is not good.
