The only complaint we have is the communication at this location. We tried to call a few times and kept getting an answering machine. And when we did leave a message we never received a call back. Everything worked out fine, but we would have had more peace of mind if we had spoken someone. Other than that it was simple and smooth!
Matthew PThe trailer I rented had an inoperable left tail light ( both tail light and brake light), I rented this trailer 3 weeks ago and the right tail light assembly didn't work. The trailer had been worked on the previous day and was supposed to be fixed. The parking area has 4 inch crushed stone which creates a tripping hazard and can also cause an ankle to twist and become sprained. I hope that this will make the property owner address the problems.
