How U-Haul Reviews WorkDrop off location was fine, but you guys changed my drop off location with a day notice after I had rented a storage unit at the original drop off location.

Christopher BAdditional information on added costs would be appreciated. Also, i was not notified.I needed to check my phone before.I drove away to take a picture of the license plate. This did not cause me an issue but was requested by phone unknown to me. Costs exceeded what I expected.
Lorren QHave the price is clearly marked because what I was told and what I was charged where two different prices. I even added more gas than I used and what it was when I picked it up and I didn’t get credit for that as well..
