The young man that assisted me in the AM, typed in incorrect info. He quickly gave me directions to the storage unit that was confusing. He did not give me paperwork. When I returned later, I was told that I was not in the system. I gave her storage unit number and she said my name had been misspelled. She printed paperwork and gave specific directions to storage area. Working with evening worker was a better ecperience.

MARIAN G | Overall ExperienceWhen I went to move my things out of storage the room was infested with mice and I had to throw out a box spring that the mice had made a nest in. We had to clean off mice poop before we could move anything. I have never seen this when renting a storage facility before.

Elve B | Overall ExperienceThe workers are ignorant and they will walk right past you and take a break without even helping to many workers for them to be smoking weed and they talk to you smiling of way. They answer personal calls while your trying to give your information I’ll never go to that U-Haul again
