When I went to move my things out of storage the room was infested with mice and I had to throw out a box spring that the mice had made a nest in. We had to clean off mice poop before we could move anything. I have never seen this when renting a storage facility before.
REGINA P | Overall ExperienceChris the manager at v odem charged me for a 10x20 but I only had a 10x10 then during the rental time he made available my 10x10 to rent to someone else .
Elve B | Overall ExperienceThe workers are ignorant and they will walk right past you and take a break without even helping to many workers for them to be smoking weed and they talk to you smiling of way. They answer personal calls while your trying to give your information I’ll never go to that U-Haul again
