The staff was friendly.I was a little bit disappointed that my storage was full of bugs and some stuff got ruined by leaking water and that the prices got high but overall I'm happy that the place was secure.

TERRY S | Overall ExperienceYou need to staff the front desk better. It's awful to stand behind someone consuming 20 minutes of an employee's time while waiting to pay for a purchase. Awful customer service. It's also mind boggling that you allow nails and screws to lay in the parking lot. I got a flat tire from the parking space.....would it be that hard to walk the lot once a day with a pole magnet to ensure your customers have a better and safer experience (your trucks would be better off too). Your U-Box experience has not been very favorable either.

Furthermore, my storage unit was exposed to direct sunlight, which was problematic.
