except the price is kind of ridiculous started at 100 went to 130s and then 140s. Somebody signed a contract. They should be limits on what you can raise it and the times you could do that it would be nice.

MARY M | First ImpressionsAfter being a client for several years paying monthly, I found out from another renter, you can get 1 free month if paid annually. I went to management and asked for a free month since I had been there several years on auto pay, and was refused. I then asked to raise my request to most senior manager and stated if not granted, I would leave. I was again denied, so I kept my promise and did relocate up the road to new storage. Only after I moved out, I was offered a free month... too late. I just went back to get a receipt I owed nothing and the unit was returned clean and empty. In my business I would have kept the customer, it's just good business and cost effective. Lessons learned, I will not do business with a company that has management that makes dumb business decisions! I don't want my company to be associated with them...
