William B | Overall ExperienceShowed up to move out, front door broken and wide open, fans were set up on every isle, all carts are about to fall apart. After clearing out my unit, near the back where my sectional couch was, I found MOLD all over the cushions, the leather, my recliner was coved in mold. Had the office Lady come take pictures of everything, only for her to tell me "I'm not sure if they will do anything for you" call me Monday. I'm moving into my new home and now I have no living room furniture... all I want is to be reimbursed for my loss to purchase something to sit on. The worst storage place, DO NOT STORE HERE!

He said it was too much work and terminated our lease. I would advise anyone looking for a storage unit to steer clear of this one. There are many options in the area with professional staff that can work their accounting systems.

Several months later we moved back into our renovated house and found a box containing a series of art books (with portfolios of each artist's work) had been left wet and were covered in black mold. To say we are devastated is an understatement.
