My only complaint is that I was charged for 2 entire months when I only had the unit for 1 month and 3-4 days. It would’ve been nice (and a fair business practice) to have some of the 2nd month refunded at a prorated amount, even if it was only half the amount.

The corporate office needs to figure this out so they do not overbook. This location was great to work with and was able to find unit that was bigger. I had no choice but to take it and of course pay more money.
