By scheduling online it did not properly reserve the storage unit I selected so a lot had to be done to get us a proper unit. But the staff made everything great. Courtney and Eric went above and beyond to help and were so nice. They turned a difficult situation into a positive experience.

They had no issues helping us get the larger unit. We had issues at first but they were not going to give up and the manager Eric got us taken care of, even though they had to stay a little past closing, they were not upset at all. I can tell that everyone at the store during my move in are truly about taking care of the customer at all costs.
