Multiple times I’ve called I instantly get placed on hold for long periods of times, this is likely due to how busy they are in the office they’re always working with people so they’re likely do not have the time to handle the customers on top of the phones. This seems more like an oversight on U-Haul and not the employees who are always happy to help.
