I’ve had my storage unit with this U-Haul location for 21 years. My interior unit was perfect all that time for our changing storage needs. Was finally able to move everything out this week & cancel my contract. The staff have always been great to us. My only complaint is the frequent price increases, sometimes twice a year. Otherwise everything was great.

Secondly when we were trying to leave our car was blocked in by the Uhals I asked the same man nicely if he can move the truck and he said he is only one person and was busy, however he ignored me and went to another lady. The gentleman was a white short kinda built man. Will not be going back to that location at all anymore.
