BLAKE R | First ImpressionsThe lady that was working that gave me my storage unit gave me the wrong number and marked it on the paper so when I went in the alarm went off, then I go and call U-Haul and they were very helpful to give me the correct number and point me in the right direction but when I opened it, there was a roach I am a little timid on putting my belongings in a place that carries roaches because they lay eggs and I have a family that I don’t want to affect with this issue so hopefully we can resolve this problem when I get off of work because the establishment manager said she will help me
