We were given an extremely convenient unit, first month was free, we got a discount on some storage tubs, we were given a free lock, and everyone was so warm and helpful. Our unit wasn't ready for us yet but we already had a car load. Employees were swamped (it was a busy Saturday) but they allowed us to clean the unit ourselves so we could unload.

It wouldn’t take much to write a handout to explain required steps in the right order…like HOW TO OPEN THE GARAGE DOOR to leave. Everything was clean and in good order - it was the customer who had a few problems I kept signing myself OUT. when trying to sign in.
