Very helpful staff! Assisted us with check in of truck, provided accommodation for storage, check out of another truck a couple weeks later and close out of storage unit rental. Very friendly people!
MARSHALL S | Overall ExperienceWe were not given any money back for 2 storage lockers we rented, as we paid thru March 9th. Vacated 2-24-26. This is an unethical practice as now they can rent these units and get more money on top of ours. Very very bad practice. We want our refund and will go further to receive it. It is not much at all but it is our money and not yours to keep and profit from. This was and is the only issue. Staffer told us no refund, it doesn’t work that way. All else was great—service, staff and products.
