Lisamarie is/was nothing but amazing. She was always and I mean always available and ready to help even though the military timelines can be crazy but she was magnificent in all my requests and even helped through some tough decisions that had to be made. I couldn’t be more thankful to these folks after picking up a U-Haul in Clinton with an immediate check engine light and a very quick turnaround for a military move the following day.. these folks did what they could to give me a piece of mind going in to a coast to coast trip with a check engine light! Honestly, U-Haul, you should be thankful for these folks and your other wonderful customer service reps! Especially providing customers with faulty equipment and expecting them to be ok with it, it’s not just me but MULTIPLE other customers I’ve heard had similar issues.
