Not only was my storage facility in perfect condition upon return but the staff at this U-Haul facility is like literally no other business I’ve ever experienced. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make the customer happy! I couldn’t be more thankful to these folks after picking up a U-Haul in Clinton with an immediate check engine light and a very quick turnaround for a military move the following day.. these folks did what they could to give me a piece of mind going in to a coast to coast trip with a check engine light! Honestly, U-Haul, you should be thankful for these folks and your other wonderful customer service reps! Especially providing customers with faulty equipment and expecting them to be ok with it, it’s not just me but MULTIPLE other customers I’ve heard had similar issues.

I had a friend I could store stuff with so I didn’t get a unit then I get a bill for a unit that I had already reserved and then I get the clothes out of the unit that I reserve for no dollars but I paid $181 for nothing.
