The rate increases were the main reason I moved my camper from this facility as there are other storage sites for less with better amenities. The lighting above my camper has been out forever and I was notified I would be receiving a date to move it for repairs but that never happened. Let's just say backing in a camper alone in the dark isn't easy. On another note, the last time I emptied my black tank the cap for the drain was locked and I was charged 20 dollars to dump. That was not acceptable and the latest 20 dollar per month rate increase was the last straw. I was a customer for 13 years and I will not be recommending you to anyone in the future.
