SHELLEY T | First ImpressionsThere is no mention of cost—- I have rented a storage unit for four years. Move out day, I saw signs in the rental office advertising lower rent for larger units. Other family members said they didn’t understand my cost associated with my size. And although I rented a temperature controlled unit, the door to the storage unit along with the access door both had large gaps; easily allowing mice and everything smaller to enter one’s unit. Disgusting.

LA M | First ImpressionsOnly problem that I had was that my car got hit while in parking spot U-Haul didn't even want to go look at the cameras or try to even resolve. 2nd I bought a car cover for my car and it was stolen off of it. U-Haul had to put another one on there because I wasn't buying another almost $100 car cover again. Im not sure on how things work but with my car being in the #1 spot and upfront by cameras how do you miss a whole lot of what goes on??

DEREK M | First ImpressionsI was happy with everything except, the one and only time I asked if my late fee could be waived after paying darn near 3 years of late fees was denied. I had to move my things into this storage due to emergency circumstances. I’ve spent these 3 years homeless. Bouncing around from hotels to Airbnb. I’ve never complained, I’ve never caught an attitude with anyone that works for U-Haul, I just needed ONE break from the fees. Y’all have collected plenty of late fees from me and not being able to waive them ONE time was greedy. If I can avoid doing business with this company, I will.
