Shanetta B | Overall ExperienceRented 2 Story unit when arrive elevator was in operable one day later they’re still working on elevator, but when signing in they had given us a first floor unit for the same price. Unfortunately, it’s half the size, but they did accommodate us.

MICHAEL S | Overall ExperienceI've been calling and calling and could never get a hold of the actual store.I would get rerouted to a customer service agent who kept trying to reach the actual store to cancel out the Storage room that I no longer need it due to I found an apartment in time I kept calling to cancel. No one was answering and then my money was withdraw out of my account. I never access the storage room. I had to take off and drive over to the actual store and the customer service Jamal B was very rude questioning me as if I did not call when the notes was on the account that I’ve been calling to cancel the storage. The young lady that was at the store was very helpful and nice and found the notes she needs a raise for her customer service in person experience. as for Jamal B, very rude, no consideration.
Yolanda W | Overall ExperienceI have not moved in because they cannot locate the key. I reserved the unit weeks ago and they have been prepping it with new paint, cleanup, and changed out the lock. Then they lost the key. The refunded my card and I have not heard from them since. I have been renting units here for probably 10 years now. They should be paying me, because I know more about what goes on here than anyone working here.
